2012, Kirby Asunto will be the one who will sing the Philippine national anthem
“Lupang Hinitang” in this fight. Kirby Asunto is a Filipino – American teenager
from New York who was specially selected by Pacman to follow the footsteps of
Charice, Arnel Pineda, and Maria Aragon who sung the Philippine national anthem

tells that she is very very excited to sing the Philippine national anthem and
aside from that she is also excited to watch Pacquiao vs Bradley brawl. She
said “I aspire to be a famous singer one day. I want to be just like Adele, Celine
Dion, Barbra Streisand, and many other famous singers whom people know today.”
“I would want to be known in the whole world so that my fellow young talents
back in the Philippines would be inspired to be a famous singer,” she said. “I
was very happy and very honored.”
